What is a coalition?
A coalition is a formal arrangement for cooperation and collaboration between groups or sectors of a community. Each group retains its identity, but all agree to work together toward a common goal of building a safe, healthy, and drug-free community.
Coalition Structure and Organization
The Central Vancouver Coalition is a formal agreement between the WA Health Care Authority Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery, Educational Service District 112, the Coalition Coordinator, Coalition members, the steering committee, sub committees/work groups, and the community of Central Vancouver. Members represent various sectors of the community. We value and welcome the voices of all.
