Hi CVC Members & Partners,

We are looking forward to coming together for our monthly Central Vancouver Coalition meeting this Thursday, October 19, from 2:30-4:00 pm. We are meeting in person at the new Fourth Plain Community Commons in their beautiful event space and hope that you can join us. If you are unable to come in person, please join us virtually on Zoom. Our meeting will include a community partner spotlight featuring Bonnie Gillispie, Student Assistance Professional at McLoughlin MS, and Alizz Quarles, Prevention Intervention Specialist at Fort Vancouver HS. Come learn about the important school-based services they provide for students, needs and challenges they may be experiencing, as well as participate in a discussion about how the Coalition and community partners might offer support and opportunities for collaboration. We’ll also provide time to discuss changing or keeping the 2:30-4p meeting time for our monthly Coalition meetings along with finding a new, regular meeting location or do we  change the meetings to 3:30-5p (or a later time) that could allow us to return to hosting the meetings at Fort Vancouver HS.
